We are LEARNING to: - Actively and safely participate in a variety of physical fitness activities, including physical strength, endurance/cardio exercises and perform a variety of yoga positions. - Use a variety of strategies for relieving stress and caring for their mental health. - Assess my current level of health-related fitness, and use critical and creative thinking skills as well as self-monitoring skills to revise their personal fitness plan to meet short and long-term health-related fitness goals.
